I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Pullman Munich, especially given some of the criticisms I'd read beforehand. The hotel's cleanliness and modern decor really stood out, and the location made it easy to access the city center. However, I did find the breakfast options a bit lacking in terms of variety, which could use an improvement. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to others.
